Public exhibition

Between 4 August and 1 September, we invited you to review and provide feedback on the Draft Terms and Conditions and Application form for hiring Council's Community Halls. You had the opportunity to share your feedback online and speak with staff at our community pop-ups.

Following Council endorsement, the draft is placed on public exhibition for 28 days, offering the community and stakeholders the opportunity to provide feedback.

Consideration of feedback

Any feedback received during the exhibition period is considered, and where required, the draft is updated accordingly.

Council adoption

The Community Halls Application and Terms and Conditions were adopted by Council on 16 September 2025.
