The Delivery Program 2025 – 2029, Operational Plan 2025 – 2026, and Resourcing Strategy set out how Council will deliver on the community’s vision outlined in the Draft Community Strategic Plan.

The Delivery Program identifies the key activities Council will undertake over the next four years, while the Operational Plan details the specific actions and budget for the year ahead. The Resourcing Strategy outlines how Council will manage its finances, workforce, and assets to support the delivery of these plans and fulfil its responsibilities.

Together, these documents provide a clear roadmap for achieving the goals and strategies shaped by our community.
