Kiama Council owns a variety of community facilities designed to meet the different needs of its residents.
Having a more user-friendly set of guidelines for people wanting to access these halls, sportsgrounds, parks and other facilities will benefit everyone in our community.
This draft policy lays out the purpose of the facilities, lease and licence categories, terms, responsibilities, rental charges and processes. It incorporates what type of tenants can lease a facility, the criteria for establishing a lease or licence. Importantly, the policy provides clearer terms and conditions for rental rebates.
