Kiama Council owns a variety of community facilities designed to meet the different needs of its residents.
This policy lays out the purpose of the facilities, lease and licence categories, terms, responsibilities, rental charges and processes. It incorporates what type of tenants can lease a facility, the criteria for establishing a lease or licence. Importantly, the policy provides clearer terms and conditions for rental rebates.
