Our libraries are at the heart of our communities—safe, welcoming, and inclusive spaces where people come together to learn, connect, and share creativity through programs and events.

Developed in consultation with library members, staff, and the wider community, our Strategic Plan reflects industry trends and community feedback. Insights from customer surveys, program evaluations, and staff and community workshops have shaped our key priorities and future direction.

The Plan outlines clear recommendations and opportunities to enhance our library services, ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our community over the next four years.
