Council is proposing to enter into a new licence with One Stop Tennis Coaching for a period of 12 months for the continued operation of tennis coaching located at Illuka Tennis Courts, Kiama Downs.
Council is required to advertise proposal under Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993.
At the end of the submission period Council will formally consider whether to enter into a new licence agreement.
