Council is proposing to enter into a new licence with TOMRA Collections Pty Ltd for a period of twelve (12) months for the continued placement of the reverse vending machine (RVM) located on Council owned community land.
Council is required to advertise proposal under Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993.
At the end of the submission period Council will formally consider whether to enter into a new licence agreement.
