Kiama Council has prepared a draft Asset Management Plan (AMP) for recreation, open space and other structures. This plan sets out how Council will manage these assets over the next 10 years to ensure they are maintained strategically, transparently and efficiently.

  • Australian Accounting Standards (AASB)
  • ISO 55000 Asset Management Standards
  • Office of Local Government Integrated Planning and Reporting guidelines.
